For children 5 years and up of all abilities are catered for - beginners, stroke improvement and advanced. This comprehensive program develops a wide range of skills to ensure children are competent in all strokes, water safety and survival.
Frogs
For beginners who may have a fear of the water and are not confident to submerge. The aim is to develop water confidence and teach basic swimming skills.
Seahorse
Students will progress to swimming unaided and start to develop basic swimming strokes.
Stingray
Further development of their freestyle and backstroke and establish a knowledge on breaststroke kick.
Sealion
Students will learn the fundamental techniques of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke whilst being introduced to skills for butterfly and survival strokes.
Seal
Master stroke technique and distance with freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke whilst improving on butterfly and survival strokes.

Class Numbers: 5 per class (Frogs, Seahorse, Stingray), 6 per class (Sealion, Seals)

Pre-Squad
Dolphin
Continue to receive stroke correction on freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke whilst working on endurance in all strokes plus developing butterfly.

Teens
Focus on introducing teenagers to swimming in a social, friendly environment. The classes are suitable for 12-17 year olds with any swimming ability. Developing fitness, water skills and basic strokes.
Beginner
Designed for swimmers who may have a fear of the water and are not confident to submerge. The aim is to develop water confidence and teach basic swimming skills.
Intermediate
Students will further develop swimming strokes and start to establish knowledge on breathing techniques and arm strokes.
Advanced
Swimmers will develop stroke technique and distance with all swimming strokes.
