Terms & Conditions

Please be aware of the following conditions:

A minimum of 10 children required for a party.
Children must be between 5 - 12 years of age (attending school)
A $100 deposit is payable upon booking a party. If a request to cancel is made up to seven days prior to the party, the hirer will be issued a refund. After this date, the deposit is not refundable.
Final attending numbers and full payment must be made 7 days prior to the party.
Any additional children that attend will need to be paid for on the day of the party.
No commercial food permitted in the Quaycentre (eg: McDonalds, Pizza Hut). Additional food and drink is not permissible with birthday party packages.

Arrival on the day

Guests are to park in the P3 car park and can have their tickets validated at reception
On arrival to the Quaycentre, please have all children assemble and meet at Legend’s Café on Level 2
Coaches will lead the children to the Gymnastics Centre. Parents may watch from the balcony above
